A man has been found dead in a RV with no injuries following a blaze at the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center in California.
The fire is believed to have started close to or inside a shelter for homeless people near the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center in California.
The video also apparently showed firemen at the scene.
The fire appears to have started below a bridge near Lake Merritt in Oakland.
Forty-five minutes later, firefighters managed to contain the fire, which started inside an informatory homeless camp that stretches through a 100-foot by 10-foot corridor below the bridge, which runs along an estuary heading toward East 10th Street.
What appeared to be small explosions were heard in the video, which was posted on social media.
