SSE Renewables, and the 50:50 / 50:50 joint venture partner Equinor, have completed the first two phases of the largest offshore wind farm in the world.

Alistair Phillips-Davies, SSE ‘We are proud to be leading on the construction and development of Dogger Bank Wind Farm, which has been 10 years in the making.

Investment during the first two phases of the new wind farm will total about £6 billion and has already ensured 320 new qualified jobs created for developing and operating the project in the North-East of England, with more to follow if construction ramps up.
