President Joe Biden on Tuesday warned the nation was “under threat” from climate change, arguing the extreme weather that was hitting the country had changed sceptics “opinions on the issue.
He then made his way to New York City, where at least 13 people died in the flooding.
Earlier in the day, Biden was berated by protesters on one side of a fence as he traveled through storm-ridden New Jersey, being lashed by several people for his chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The furious attacks have been captured on C-SPAN video of the event.

Four of those addresses are located in Queens.??
The President then used several references to climate change to Biden, saying the scientific community had issued a ‘code red’ and concluded that climate change is an ‘existential threat’ to the United States.
A man carrying a Trump flag and a female were heard screaming as Biden and politicians congregated in the area.
