Freezing rain and sleet enveloping part of Pennsylvania and New York to the northeast.

Other regions of the region are subject to snow.
More than 10 million people from Texas to Florida are on climate warnings on Sunday as extreme storms move across the Gulf Coast.
“Destructive gusts, a handful of tornadoes and large scattered hail will be possible today in parts of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama,” the National Weather Service’s storm forecasts center posted Sunday.
It said 1 to 4 cm of snow is likely to form on Sunday.
