Wildfires in Northern California may have killed hundreds of redwoods as they swept through the forests of the majestic monarchy in the Sierra Nevada, an official said.
The four have been flown to hospital and “while the injuries are serious, they are in stable condition,” it read.
The lightning-induced MNO complex, who erupted in September.
Four KNP employees were hurt Wednesday afternoon when a tree fell on them, according to the national park service.
More than 2.000 firefighters battled the blaze in the treacherous part part of the property.
The fire at the KNP complex was contained by only 11, which charred 347 square miles of forest.
The fire has been 75 per cent brought under control.
