New Delhi, India April 18 (ANI)-The MoS Standing Committee on Science and Technology, Environment, Forests and Climate Change will examine and approve the draft report on the animal welfare bill for 2021 on Monday.

The amendments to the Biodiversity Conservation Reform Act 2021 were presented to Lok Sabha on 17 December last year by the Minister of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

All Committee members were asked to attend the meeting by respecting social separation as per the government guidelines.

The committee chaired by Congress Chairman Jairam Ramesh comprises 10 Rajya Sabha members and 20 Lok Sabha members.

Under the law, an individual conducting trading in a proposed copy is required to report the details of the transaction to the administrative authority.
