Professor Andrew Macintosh, who has spent years working on carbon credits, said that all the government approved ways of creating carbon credits had “serious integrity issues,” either in their conception or in the way they are managed.
Professor Macintosh maintains that loans were earmarked for never cut-down forests, planting existing tree trees, and running electricity power generators in landfills that would have been operating anyway.
